Undersheriff Steve Robson

Undersheriff Steve Robson has served with the Broward Sheriff’s Office for 29 years, building a distinguished career across road patrol, investigations, special operations, training, and executive leadership roles. He is a former S.W.A.T. commander, holds a master’s degree in public administration from Lynn University, and is a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy 284th Session.

Prior to his promotion to Undersheriff, Robson served as the Colonel and Executive Director for the Department of Law Enforcement and the Department of Preparedness and Response, and later as Chief Deputy. In these executive leadership roles, his experience and leadership were instrumental in developing, preparing, and supporting BSO personnel and operations across the organization. As Undersheriff, he continues to provide strategic leadership and oversight in advancing the mission of the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
