Since opening its doors in July 2024, the R.D.T.C. has elevated the safety, readiness and performance of public safety professionals. From classroom instruction to hands-on tactical readiness and physical wellness, this state-of-the-art facility is accelerating the advancement of public safety professionals through real-world preparation and lifelong learning.

One Year of Impact:

• 3,068 participants completed firearms training, reinforcing the highest standards of safety and proficiency for our sworn personnel.
• 1,954 students engaged in rigorous Shoothouse training, sharpening tactical decision-making and critical response skills.
• 2,320 professionals enhanced their defensive tactics in the mat room, building strength, control, and resilience under pressure.
• 8,779 participants completed classroom-based instruction, reflecting BSO’s deep commitment to continuous learning, intellectual growth and strategic development.
