Morgan Devan brings a unique blend of insight and cross-sector knowledge to the Community Affairs Division, backed by over a decade of work in government, healthcare and nonprofit experience. Born and raised in Broward County, she brings a full-circle perspective to her work—serving the very community that shaped her. 

Morgan is passionate about youth advocacy, mental health awareness and public safety. She has led initiatives focused on empowering foster youth, building strategic partnerships, and creating space for equity-driven conversations. She is known for her ability to connect across sectors and turn ideas into action. 
Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and is currently enrolled in Columbia Business School’s Digital Marketing Program and pursuing her master’s in criminal justice at Nova Southeastern University.
