Lieutenant Quentin Marion

Lieutenant Quentin Marion began his career with the Broward Sheriff's Office in 2006, as a Detention Deputy. In 2010, he joined the Emergency Response Team (E.R.T.) for the Department of Detention.
In 2014, he was promoted to sergeant and assigned as the supervisor in Central Intake Bureau for several years, where Marion supervised staff in the Baker Act/Marchman Act Unit, Transportation Unit, Hospital Details, Magistrate, and the Booking/Release Process of all inmates in Broward County custody, before venturing out to work at North Broward Bureau and the Joseph V. Conte Facility.
In March of 2022, Marion was promoted to the rank of lieutenant. He was assigned to Central Intake before being re-assigned to the Main Jail Bureau as the shift commander. In April 2023, Marion became the executive officer for the Main Jail Bureau.
He will complete the F.B.I. Leadership Trilogy, in June of 2023
