Detention Aide Stephan Adams

January 8, 1978 – January 30, 2021

Detention Aide Stephan Adams succumbed to COVID-19 on January 30, 2021. Stephan was one of the unsung heroes of BSO’s Department of Detention and Community Programs. He did work that might not have been recognized and appreciated by the public but was lauded by his peers and supervisors. Stephan believed in serving his community and coached youth football in Lauderhill. He also valued integrity. On his BSO application, he wrote, “I’m honest and straightforward as I can be. I know how to lead by example and be a team player.”
